I do have one for sale. Looking for $175 shipped with all T-bolts and couplers. Comes with the MAF sensor and MAF-T. Not looking to separate. All you need to do is wire in a 2g MAF connector onto your 1G MAF connector and your plug and play

just buy a 2g maf, set link for a 2g maf and be done with the bs IMO.
