What models/years would make for a descent RELIABLE and relativly cheap beater? looking for ~ 2500 at tops to spend
been looking for civic DX models, early 90s; any other ideas?
any good pickup models out there?

i know of a jeep… like 91 or 92. 2 door cherokee or whatevber, but it’s a 5 spd… so thats cool. i was going to buy it and found my vw.
why don’t you just get a beater vw… it’ll run forever

I have a Miata that had lots of work recently done. It runs great, gets 30 mpg and would meet your price.
the jeep is being sold by some girl i know’s parents… they said the BB is about 2k… andthey are selling it with some parts… so something around there… i didn’t get into talking them down, so i don’t know what they’d take. i pass it daily on the way home from work… so i can get the number if you’d like.
buy that jeep, and then buy mine for parts. im desprate to sell this thing, the stang needs a tranny
