I am selling my gt42 (non ball-bearing) - it is a huge turbo weighing in around 48 lbs. It looks and feels pretty new - minimal shaft-play. Front & back has been covered/sealed since purchase to prevent stuff from falling in.
Reason for selling: change of life plans, not much time or $ anymore to tackle ambitious projects, looking at another car altogether.
This is the note I received from the original seller when I bought it:
The turbo,I can tell u that it’s 99% brand new,no oil leak,normal shaftplay as a brand new turbo should have, spins freely and perfect,nothing is missing and it already has the the elbow rewelded (professional job done by professional welder.), u just get it and u can use the elbow I have or u can easy use another one if u have it.
Compressor specs:
wheel dia 76 mm,wheel trim 52, A/R ratio .60
Turbine specs:
Wheel dia 72.5 mm,wheel trim 84,A/R ratio 1.15.
Flange: T6
