eh… I would say around 1-2k depending on what shape its in… a 5s motor if well maintained usually goes well over 200k miles. with that year celi around 150 the ps rack and pinion need to be replaced along with a few other things… but depending on what shape its in he should be able to get 1-2k out of it… Or keep it and swap a 3sgte and a man tranny
