Does anyone have a gui program for manipulating .Tar files? WinRAR and Winzip will open them but it cannot edit them. Let me know.

I did a
tar --help
and there is a crapload of options.
the -c which is to create a new archive kept telling me about my file being bad.
If you have the correct syntax, lay it on me, bro…
