It’s GoPro Array and has been used before. I don’t know if you can buy it commercially just yet though.

Ok, now I’ll merge the threads 
I thought it was pretty badass until I realized they must’ve done a lot of shoots. I was first thinking he didn’t practice 75 times. Kind of got downgraded a notch of badassery when I saw a solid black streak all around every cone.
Imagine how well Block would do if he had this much practice at each WRC stage!
This video could have been half as long without any cones and barriers and done with single cuts and been 10x better.
