HELP!! 01' NIssan Pathfinder "Load Sensing Valve"

Helping a friend of mine with a brake pedal issue. Its a 01’ Nissan Pathfinder 4x4. I go to help and its clear there is a blown brake line or something of that sort because the pedal goes to the floor.

I get underneath to start looking for a leak and find this crazy-ass junction block above the rear axle with a huge spring and lever attached to it. Fluid is leaking from the seal on the piston/lever.

After spending 1/2 hour online trying to find a picture of this thing I find it to be a load sensing valve.

I can not find the part aftermarket, it may very well be dealer only, but I’d like to get this done asap.

Does anyone know where I may be able to find such a thing?
