I cannot tell u what is comfortable to you. Having sold about 11t billion office chairs in my life time it is best to sit in all of them without looking at the price and find which one fits you best.
And if you are spening 500 bones on an office chair I wouldnt buy it from Staples or Office Max unless u get some sort of hookup for shopping there.

We have these here at work, they are pretty good. Takes like 10 minutes to find your sweet spot, and then like a week later someone steals your chair rar.

I am actually surprised to hear they make $500 office chairs. I didn’t spend that much for my Leather Chair and a Half with an ottoman from La Z Boy. You should build your desk around one of those, now that’d be sweet haha.

At my old job, they were going out of business, and I asked the boss if I could take a couple office chairs home with me.
He’s like yeah sure.
I grabbed two herman miller aeron chairs.
I ended up selling them on ebay but I wish I kept them.
Aeron chairs ftw. We have quite a few broken ones, I wish I could take them all and make them into a few good chairs and sell them.
They have herman miller chairs at the hospital. BALLER, and extremely good for your back and posture.

Herman Miller’s Aeron Chair. Def. worht the loot. It’s said to be the most ergonomicly designed chair there is. BTW, anyone who mentioned having them at there work let me know if you can make one accidently leave the office.
Allsteel, which is part of HON Industries makes some really nice office chairs too.
