Ok, so i saw this movie back in like 1992 and ive been trying tor remember it.
Basically theres this small city in the future that can travel through time, and the inhabitants are at war with other humans who are wearing some sort of robotic battle armor and are being mind controlled.
the city Is under attack and to protect themselves the people transport the city back to 198? where the main character saves a woman and they fall in love blah blah blah blah. unfortunately the Cyborgs follow them and a big battle ensues
