I have a used HKS BOV with some damage and a brand new alu flange. Its not in the best shape cosmetically its a little scraped up and it has one issue other than that it works fine. The nipple got damaged and broke off. HKS does not offer it as a part. So the back of it will need to be tapped and just screw in a barbed nipple from lowes or napa, etc… and its fixed. Here are some pictures. Its took apart because I was ready to tap it, then decided I wasn’t going to put 2 BOV’s on my car. Its simple to put back together.
This BOV is around 400 new without the flange. This one is a lil scuffed and needs tapped and a .30 nipple. This bov can handle over 40psi.
