I have a practically brand new holset h1c 21mm turbo that has no shaft play and it is in really good condition it has roughly 2,500 miles on it.I was going to use this for a build but i changed my mind so im looking for $350.If you are interested you can contact me at

Am I reading right that this is only rated for 160HP?

it is a big h1c I would say turbo is rated for 450-500 wheel
