Get a safe room door, or just a cage for the outside, what area do u live in? If somebody wants in your house bad enough to kick in door hinges then they will just go in through a window if the door defeats them

Probably the most effective idea, but if you don’t like the idea of a steel door then, as long as you have a solid frame, just reinforcements ought to do it. Make sure your hinges are beefy and sink some long hi/lo screws into them?
