No it does not have a flange for bov it is for a backdoor intercooler which has the bov mounted on the actual intercooler.

OK I want to appoligize to everyone up front, I should have posted this when I got back from vacation…not sure what i was thinking there…but anyways I am leaving tonight to go to the Outer Banks, I will try to check this post as much as possible while on vacation.
