Honda S2000 questions

When it says “accident requiring tow” then you should be worried. The last accident was a hit of a parked car. Obviously 100% driver error there. If he hit a parked car he probably hits the curb too. It wouldn’t surprise me to see curb rash on the rims when you get up close.

i’d make the deal… you’re never going to get the $20k for your BMW unfortunately whereas you will get up near that with this deal whether you keep the stook for a summer or a year or even if the thing is only in average shape AND you keep it for a year…

plus this puts $6k in your jeans right away.

no brainer to me.

this…

curb rash?! Snap oversteer causes more than just curb rash. Haha.

i’ve watched @yambag’s s2000 do that on more than one occasion. Before he owned it, of course :ham:

If you’re looking to come out with $20K, I’d guess you’ll need more cash on top of his car.

If they are so easy to sell, why doesn’t he sell it and pay you the $20k? Why make it your problem for nothing?

I was just saying that if he hits a parked car, then he probably doesn’t know the dimensions of his vehicle very well, which would lead me to believe he probably bumps the curb every now and then. I see the front end is all scraped up from the one pic. I’m not sure exactly how low an S2000 sits.

Just need to learn the car. haha

low enough to where you will hit most parking blocks and curbs

He just emailed me to let me know he’s backing out of the deal.

you know why so many of them around now lol
