well when you do go to sleep… you are probably gonna sleep til like 5pm…
get into a normal sleep schedule and you’ll be fine…
I try to be in bed by 2am and up by 9 or 10am… and it works well…
somethings that can make you tired… (naturally, not just drugging the fuck out of yourself) Mcd’s fat is hard to break down so that will make you tired. or some turkey… triptophan(sp?) works wonders
