Actually, undercooked GROUND beef can do that… it is actually HEALTHIER to eat your steaks rare, as long as proper handling and cutting procedures are followed.

at my work we classify 110 as rare, i eat them at likr 70-80

I wish you guys could have tasted this tuna that they had our restaurant last week. The guy that owns the restaurant is THE best chef in ocean city, and he was in some sort off cooking competition, so he had some special cuts flown into the OC airport by private plane… wee ate it completly raw… it was my first attempt at sushi, and it was to die for.
