wonder if the intercooler bottlenecked it some
not to mention well, y’know - why not try it on a dyno that can handle it after your realize it’s surpassed the dyno on the first attempt

LMFAO @ that shirt
lol@dumbass hand
That turbo is fricken huge just like the one on this e30 http://videos.streetfire.net/search/big+turbo/0/2BE1858E-0944-4017-9C01-BDA530380330.htm
you can see it at the end of the vid after all the flybys he does.
if any of you would actually wear that shirt, you have serious issues that need to be dealt with.
the vid dont work…
for those of you who saw the vid, is it this turbo?
I have that turbo here in my room, but its shot, the bearings are not good anymore…
FYI: This is the GT42R it weighs 60 lbs, and its from a dumptruck. I have seen many videos of Supras and Skylines that use this turbo, its just sick.
For another size comparison, its half the size of “somedude”, and it weighs more than him. (im not kidding either…)
no, my other thread was the 42R…this is some 90mm beast that is half the size of a 2jz motor…
The GT42 comes with a 94mm or 102mm compressor wheel.
I posted a pic of the Supra I saw in Ohio a couple weeks ago that had the GT47 on it with a 117.5mm wheel. Now that was big. It looked like a 6" inlet and 5" outlet.
Big dyno numbers are nice but race wins and time slips impress me a lot more.
