Status?
Hey sorry gentlemen, I got extremely swamped last week and had to put the Heat Shields on hold but thankfully I was able to get all that stuff wrapped up and out of the way today so that I could get back onto the Shields.
Everything is cut out and ready to go, I just gotta finish bending them up tomorrow morning and then do the Powder Coating and their all good to go.

I’m working on them right now and should be ready to Powder Coat everything within the next 2hrs tops.
I also wanted to say that I’ve made one small change by taking a notch out of the Heat Sheilds near where a Strut Bar would run. This way it will ensure proper fitment for everyone as some may have different Strut Bars which may sit a tiny bit lower then the one I have on my car.
I will post pictures up this evening thou of all the finished products as well as a shot of it on my car showing the change made by making the notch etc

Their all Fabricated and ready for Coating… I’ve been busy the last week Coat White and I just got that outta the way this morning so I’ve actually just changed over to Black and will be Coating everything shortly…
So Pickup’s can start this evening if anyone is going to be in the area…
I dont want to have to ship anything but I’ve made an exception for kazuma strictly due to the fact that he lives in Winnipeg…

Wait… is the GTA pickup not happening anymore?
It can happen but I’m a pretty busy guy so I cannot say 100% when I’ll have time to meet up but with my work load now, it would be sometime next week probably mid week either Wed/Thur.
I also dont plan on going past Missisauga so meeting up somewhere on Hurontario would be perfect.
Okay here is the update I promised a few days ago (I just kept forgetting my camera either @ home or @ work) but finally remembered it today…
These (2) pictures show the notch I removed to ensure they clear everyones strut bars
Then this picture shows the rear mounting tab etc etc and how it connects to the Brake MC itself by simply removing the nut, install the sheild, then screw the nut back on 
Is it just the angle is the shot or does the shield not go up past the MBC cap?
I don’t think it’s the angle, I think it was done to make sure that the shield won’t hit any STB’s… or so he said.
the shield is clearly not in the way of the stb when its way in front… (look at the second pic, there is a STB in that pic) the cap is one of the major issues with top mount turbo heat, hopefully its just the angle otherwise it’s fairly useless for the top mount guys I think
