Did he have the work done or does he hang out at that Allegheny County Customs or whatever on Rodi Road in Penn Hills by the Parkway interchange?

I don’t know who does his work now, but I meet him while I was working at Audio Communications (left there in '02) last time I talked to him was in their parking lot earlier this summer
