Believe it or not, not a lot of people in Japan owns personal computers. Everyone pretty much access the web on their mobile for work and personal use.

pretty much everything in the JDM land revolves around cell phones. in recent surveys kids stated that theyd rather get the news from something like their doctor onto their phone via text, rather a phone call or a personal appointment.
