It’s a white 16gb with the latest firmware that can be jailbroken. It will come with the original box, dock, and charger. It has some minor scuffs and scratches on the back - The phone functions perfectly otherwise.

It does have 2 hairline Stress Cracks in the usual spots on the case— mostly near the bottom where the charger plugs into. They do not affect the functionality of the phone, and are not a serious issue.

I looked into purchasing a new case - they’re going for $20-30 on ebay, and it looks pretty straightforward to put it on.

I am not going to restore it back to factory until cash is in hand. Just saying that so you know that I need time to wipe it before purchasing it.
