Mel Gibson was in headlines for drunk driving and spewing shit from his mouth while Hezbolla and Isreal were trading missles in the air. I think our logic on why it is actually on the news is right…because we know how the media works…but things that SHOULD be in the news is entirely up to the media. All they care about is ratings. War used to be #1 in ratings…but when USA isn’t one of the sides in the war, US media isn’t going to cover it. THAT is why Jon Benet is back in the news. USA not blowing stuff up + confusing war = US media digs shit up about celebrities and open murder cases.
