This phone has only been using by me for a few months until I recently upgraded to a droid.
The phone does come with a clear hard case that has ALWAYS been on it.
It has the original factory plastics on both the inner and outer screens.
I can throw in the wall to USB plug and the phone to USB cable if you need it.
This phone is fully available to be activated at any Verizon stone. I also believe it can be unlocked and used with cricket as well.
