They are Daytime Running Lights, not fogs. You will probably have better luck installing aftermarket square fogs, vs trying to find the “foglights” or DRL lights, as I have never seen a set that would come off in one piece. Good luck. You might have to buy it in bits, example bumper from Mr #3 and lip from Mrs #7 and lights from Dr. #9
