Seriously, what if there was someone who meet all the required qualifications and will actually be an asset to the company but isn’t hot, you won’t hire her? Speaks a lot for your company too if you’re just looking for someone just for eye candy. Are you looking for someone to do the job right or someone who is just good looking?
But hey, you never know, you might come across both…just more or less watch what you say when you advertise positions, might be a joke to some of us but not to everyone else. Anyways, that’s my 2 cents, I’m leavin’ it at that :partyman:
