If you have a hard drive and a buddy willing to let you borrow thier’s, just install it to the hdd and your scratched disc should be ok to let the game play.
i have an unopened copy i’d be willing to sell for $40
is your disc scratched or cracked? if it’s just scratched some video game/ movie rental places refinish them for like $3.
