Rim screwed. :eek2: 10 rim screws inside and out. Evenly spaced. I was real careful. 10" X 15" with 5-5/16" BS
Fronts are 3.5" X 15" with 2-1/8" BS
I mini tubbed and lowered the car. No tranny, torque converter, and drive shaft are in the car yet so it’s not sitting where it will eventually set. The car needs cleaned up. I just ran a california duster over it.
Another few weeks and the project will be finished.
looking good Tom
what is estimated time to get to see the car run at teh track?
Looking good Tom, how many hours do you have in this car?
Thanks everyone.
Man I have at least a couple of weeks left. I installed the Big Stuff 3 EFI today and found out the MAP and IAC adapter plugs were missing and the air sensor was missing. I’ll need to round those up this week.
Lots of wiring under the dash. Hook up 16 volts battery and related items. Need to install the headers (I had them coated and they are not finished yet). Install converter, tranny, drive shaft.
Fabricate a ram air system. I haven’t decided what to do there. Depends on how much time I have to devote to that.
Set up the LCA’s and pinion angle then take the car to have the front end and rear end aligned.
Hook up a tranny temp gauge and another voltage gauge for the 16 volt system.
Wet sand and buff the car.
Lots of work. Seems like I’m at Summit once a week.
Then I’ll take it and get an inspection sticker. :hahano:

I never counted them actually. Probably 50 hours into the mini tub. Everything else is a few hours here and there. Maybe 100 total ? They add up fast and I’m pretty slow. :hs: Thats not counting all the travel time either. Lots of travel time picking up parts.
