For sale is my Mishimoto Z-Line Intercooler. I used it for 2 summers, the paint is chipped here and there from road debris, etc. It’s in great shape otherwise.

How much HP did you have with that intercooler?

why do you think the max recommended pressure is at 25psi? considering this for a diesel that is north of 40psi

No idea, that rating was right from mishimoto’s website.

I’m guessing it’s just not strong enough and create boost leaks. 40 psi’s a shit ton lol

My guess is 25psi is what they leak test them at. 40 psi isn’t really that much for a diesel either.

That’s probably it but I know it’s not a lot for a diesel I was thinking its a lot for that little inter cooler to handle. Coming from a car or diesel 40lbs is a lot of pressure

I ran 32psi through a piece of shit ABD Racing tube and fin cooler on my old MK4 TDi. Smaller than this cooler and still made 183whp and 340ft/lbs.

This is a really good deal, someone should scoop this up!
