Everything is running through one of these that I got at Lowes:

Then down below I have a single gang box with just the low voltage side where my 3 HDMI, 1 cat 5 and 1 component cable exit the wall behind the entertainment center. The power line goes from the recessed outlet behind the TV to another outlet via standard in-wall rated 3 wire. I was going to run 4 HDMI but decided if I want to add any more components I’ll just get a receiver with HDMI switching so I can knock the cables going to the TV down to a single HDMI.

Solid setup :tup: Should be pretty easy to snake new wires in too.

HDMI switching reciever is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. Simplifies things BIG time.

Needed on with a wide vesa because the mount points on my TV are 400x600 apart.

Are you talking Audio receiver with HDMI switching capability or an actual HDMI switch? I just tried the Monoprice one with no success.
