It’s fairly simple to mess with modern cars if anyone is looking into it. CAN2USB and CANtact are both fairly cheap there are a number of utilities for Linux to get you started.
A few ways to go about messing with your car but using something like cansniff you can monitor can bus traffic then do something repeatedly and see where traffic changes.
The ID is basically message priority lower IDs are more important systems on the car and the data field is 8 bytes.
If you identified something like the turn signal going on or windows rolling down you could replay the same packets and cause that action.
