Mosport DDC Lapping on August 3

August 3rd at Mosport’s DDC - small track event. 20 cars total in two groups of ten. $200 Canadian (plus $8 paypal fees) for the 9 to 5 day. My website is Mosport DDC on August 3, 2008 or PM me I’m looking for 17 more drivers.

The Driver Development track is a very technical track but doesn’t have the speed that the Grand Prix track has. We’ll be using the outer circuit - with maybe one kink thrown in for the morning. It’s about the same length as TMP but has some great elevation changes tossed in to ‘unsettle’ the car. I really like this track.

The track is awsome for the size.

About the same size as Dunville/TMP with about 3-4 times the elevation change of Batavia go-kart track. Has one or two spots that are annoying to slow down for (like Dunville &TMP) but the flowing spots are much better.

The DDC is a lot of fun to drive on.

And it’s not too far away - a nice drive for a great day of lapping. 20 cars total - so you’ll get to give your car a great workout!

Nissannx, how far are you guys from New Market? I have a relative there and might consider going if it’s not too far away.

Newmarket is about an hour and a quarter away from the track. I personally live a bit over 2 hours drive from the track. Fairgentleman Z posted great info on track distances from Buffalo at this link http://www.nyspeed.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10107

Do you have a lapping day scheduled on the grand prix track?

I am hoping to have one next spring. Had one last May and it was great. This is the closest I can get you.
