Well I might regret this, but im putting my Panasonic audio setup up for sale. I need some money to put aside for my new truck. I was going to let this go with the truck, but I dont know how long its going to take to sale. So I figure I will try and sell this seperate.
The 2 items are:
- Panasonic CD-DFX972U CD/MP3 Reciever Unit w/ remote MOSFET 50Wx4 this unit also has an AUX RCA input used by the DVD Player.
&
- Panasonic CX-VMD9000U 7inch 16:9 widescreen DVD/CD Player
They both work together, which is a little bit nicer than the Alpine setup, this way you can watch a DVD while playing a CD or listening to the radio. The resolution on this screen is absolutly perfect. It looks great especially at night. The DVD Player has an input box that has 2 RCA Inputs (for playstation, xbox, a camcorder from street racing , etc…) and another set of RCA Outputs for rear seat monitors, which is nice if you have a 4 door and want to add 2 more behind the headrests.
The DVD Player also plays Video Cd, you can burn avi’s on CD and play them on the TV, I personaly have never done it before, but I guess you can burn car vids from the net and play them back on there.
There is absolutly nothing wrong with either of these units, I do not want to sell them I would rather put them in my Supra, but I really need the cash. When I 1st bought this unit, I thought about getting an all in 1 unit, but im glad I didnt. This way you dont need a big screen up all the time to listen to the radio, you have a nice CD player for the radio / CD’s and you can leave the DVD’s in the DVD player, you dont have to keep taking the DVD out to play a CD, etc… plus you can watch a good porn and listen to some good music at the same time! The screen on the CD player has an off mode where it totally blackens but still plays sound, its great for when you have the screen up, the blue from the CD player does not glow behind the screen.
These units together were $1500 but that was a lil while ago. I am willing to let them both go for $900. I am selling them as a set because you they go together. NO LOW BALLERS.
Here are some pics… the screen looks way better in person than it does in these pics, my digi cam blows and so did the lighting in my truck when I took the pics.
Also I made a custom bracket that will bolt into any 02 and up GM w/ an RDS radio, such as an S10 pickup / blazer, it fits PERFECT.
