i dont get why he wont run me , the first and only race wwas when i was stock and we were headlight 2 headlight

What were his mods at the time? If he had the same mods he has now he must be the worst driver ever. Or is he one of those guys thats all about making horsepower without doing the necessary mods to actually make it hook?
