After finishing up the ‘custom’ bar risers for my Stryker, I now have about 6-7 people on the Stryker forum that want them. Since my only access is to a manual lathe (non-CNC), making them manually would take roughly 8 hours each set… which isn’t cost effective. So I’m thinking about possibly out-sourcing to a local machine shop to get them made and need some suggestions. I have a drawing with precise measurements (down to .001") and pictures that I can give to the shop.
Thanks in advance.

Yesterday’s Machine on Broadway was excellent to work with on small parts I needed machined, Hunts were a bunch of dicks when I asked but they have better things to do so w/e.
I contacted Yesterday’s Machine shop finally and although their pricing was very fair, since they are a manual shop (not CNC) they are in the same type of position I’m in when it comes to cost effectiveness (CNC would allow for less labor time once the program was written). Any other recommendations?

Grenco if you’re looking for turning options. In the near future I should be setup with a turning center but I haven’t had enough demand for the machine to justify the 35K+ pricetag just yet.
