both hex.
they need to be merged into 1 file

file 1 has the odd columns, and file 2 has the even columns

so you need one continious file. win hex should work. download it its free

looking at it now, and i dont think winhex is going to do it

Can’t think of anything to do it easily, except making an app to do it for you maybe? Just a bit unusual.

Not a hex editor, but maybe sdiff (or another diff utility) will be of help.
