Why not just buy a used xp cd on ebay with a valid key for whatever it costs?
Back in the days of windows 2000 and before that, it was no big deal. Make a zillion copies of one cd, and everybody was happy.
Now with all this bullshit they are doing with activations, its not even worth your time.
My last 3 computers have been OEM dell copies with the computer.
