This kid that has a blue 96’ 4.6GT with bbk header-back in Malta came runnin up on me hot while I was in the middle lane on 87, he’s in the fast lane, comes up on my quarter at like mach 2, I downshift while he’s like 10 lengths behind me, matched his speed from 70 or so and then proceeded to put him a few lengths back by the end of 4th where i shut down…
And there was another one I raced, a 96 with intake/flowmaster 40s in my 325 and i put a car length or two on him from mid 2nd to top of third…got pullved over like 2 weeks later because apparently an off-duty glenville bitch-cop saw us racing and called it in, luckily no piggies were int he area and she let me off with a warning…
sooo, that means i can say M3’s are slow because my 1992 honda civic can pull lengths on them?

the 93’s to 98 mustang GT’s are dogs…rated at only like 215hp…their like mid 14 second cars…doesnt suprise me you walk them
99-04 mustang GT’s are 260hp…MAYBE low 14’s, HIgh high 13’s with a real good driver
05+ Mustang GT’s are 300hp…mid-high 13’s.

They started putting the 4.6 in stangs in 1996 but the 94/95 5.0 were also rated 215hp. The 1998 was rated 225…but really not much different. 1999 they changed the H/C/I and got 260 out of it. 05+ are 3v/cyl instead of 2v/cyl like the 96-04. That is just GT’s. Cobras from 96-04 were all 4.6 dohc 4v motors.
How the hell can you screw up that bad to get 21XCHP out of a ~5L?
