Paypal is key. Even though it was an accident Newman is giving you every opportunity to get this over with. He is getting more irritated becuase, to him and now a few other speeders, you are not putting in the effort. I realize sometimes things happen. But you have his paypal account, even if you don’t have one setup it takes a day. Plus, I know he parted out his bish a while ago so I doubt he sold this to you last weekend.

Point is instead of saying “I plan on paying” it would be quicker just to pay the man. Think of it this way. You are not holding up your end of the deal. Or, you’re are not telling him when he will get paid. I guarantee you he does not give a flying fuck about the 10 dollars. He went out of his way to help a man out…he got fucked. That would piss anyone off. Not saying you did a dick thing but you did not right the situation.
