Apparently. I drove by some POS house where they all were parked and i heard a yell, then some of the kids ran out to the street, while some other ones jumped into the neon.
They were probably slowed down by buckling their children into childseats in the back, before taking to the streets in hot pursuit. Should have just hucked em in the trunk. :gotme:
