This is horse shit what if I’m using my phone as a music player which I constantly do??

i heard somewhere that if it comes down to it they will get ahold of your phone records to see if you were texting at the time the cop spotted/pulled you over.

honestly, i don’t give a shit cause then i get a new car. i invite them to hit it actually.

edit: oh and p.s. = if you’re paying attention there is a 90% chance YOU can do something to prevent them from hitting you.
