I strongly advice people to figure out directions to this place, if you
happen to get lost somehow on the convoy.
Or atleast know where you are going and how you are going. Don’t rely
on following someone.
Okay everyone the time has finally come and it looks like the weather will be on our side on Sunday.
I just have a few last minute reminders for everyone.
The Convoy meet starts a 1:00pm at the North East corner of the Square one parking lot.
If the North East corner is occupied we will go to the North West but please check the North east first.
We will probably leave by 2:30 pm the latest so be on time PLEASE.
Come with a full tank of gas because there will be no gas stops so make sure you fill up before coming to Square one.
If you have 2 way radios please bring them it will help keep us organized and your help will be very much appreciated.

I think you should be very strict on the departure time.
Set a time (2 or 2:30) and stick to it. Because even if you set it at 2 it’s still gonna take a while to get everyone into a pack and rolling. Not to mention we won’t be jettin down there at a buck fifty.
Bing wants us to be there around 3pm.
I say we meet around 12 and leave at 1pm.

i thought you were leaving at like 1:30 or so so i told people that you guys would be here aruond 2:20 - 3:00
if you are here by 3:30 that is fine
there should be a couple hours to shoot the shit before dinner is all.
there will alreayd be like 40 cars or more here by the time you get here if it is just before 4pm
try and leave a bit before 2:30, it is a little more than a 1 hour drive from SQ1.
So what time are you guys leaving SQ1? Im gonna be joining from hamilton and need to know when to wait for you guys.
Also, any channel picked yet for the radio’s?
