how is it any different from an undercover cop going up to someone and asking to buy drugs from them?
I never understood that.
it’s a fine line to entrapment. cops usually say that they would have done it anyway.
it’s really up to the lawyers to decide, but for now cops keep doing it hoping it’ll stick.
