NTB: Dodge Stealth ECU

Did this happen when you were trying to jumper various wires troubleshooting your fuel pump issue, or was this the cause of the fuel pump issue?

If it wasn’t some dead short you caused that smoked it I’ve rarely seen a component get charred black simply from it’s own failure. That looks like a pretty serious short occured. If that short still exists and you plug in a new ECU, you’ll have two “well done” ECU’s.

If you decide to give up on local parts, try this place:

You can search their inventory online, and they normally have great prices. I got a very expensive (from the dealer) ABS module for my expedition from them real cheap ($130), and they gave it a warranty.
