i have a very reputable firm downtown (not in the US) do mine now… it costs more but i feel like it’s worth it for more reputable representation. So i guess i’m suggesting use a well known firm, but the cheapest dude you can find.

That’s who I used when I was doing a lot of 1099 work. Recommended by a friend who ran a small business. Reasonable rates and really helpful in guiding me what kind of things I needed to be tracking for business deductions.
