I miss my Jeep. Had a 84 CJ7. I put 401ci engine in it from a AMC rebel machine. Along with Dana 44’s ft & rear with a Detroit locker in back, I also added a TH400 tranny. Full roll cage, 36" Super Swampers. Jeep was quick too, ran 9.6 @Lancaster with the 36’s on it. I sold it and 2 weeks later, the kid who bought it rolled & totaled it. Good thing I added the roll bar. He called me & said he was gonna sue me because it was unsafe. I owned it for 7 years & never had a problem. Never made it to court, he must have been on crack that day…
