I got this truck from my dad about a month ago, he’s owned it since 1999. He got a new truck, and I sold my scion, so I needed something fast.
It has 209k on it.
Everything works on it, including the AC.
Has stock stereo in it still. Tape player, what’s up!
It’s not cosmetically perfect, a few bumps and bruises, the driver side rear door is dented up too.
Has a hitch too.
Um, the ABS light is on, but it’s because a wire in the front left tire is cut. Not sure how that happened, but I’ll fix it if anyone is interested.
Just did upper and lower ball joints on both sides and 2 new tires.
Inspection just done, good til Aug 2012.
I accutly to this day still own a 97’ 4 door it it by far the best unit ive ever drivin in snow. U throw a new set of goodyear wranglers on that bastard it goes through whatever lol…GLWS!
yeah no doubt, it’s prob super rad during the winter, but i like to drive a lot. at an average of 18 mpg, i don’t do much driving. and i also need 5speed back in my life. hahahah.
I bought from the above thread. I’m just realizing that for me 2 seats isn’t very feasible. Fun little car…just not right for me. Wish I’d have realized that before I paid tax/title etc… LOL.
I think I put a few hundred miles on it and got it inspected. Everything is the way it was from that ad. Clean title in hand.
