Maybe he signed up for one of those “Free paint job” advertisements? I saw a gimmick like that before… they give you a free paint job of advertisements. Another was something like you wear a vinyl wrap on your car for X months and they paint it when they remove it. Its been awhile since I read about it.
Either way they must really like cookies.
