Harvboi you must be an engineer…
The coastdown procedure will not be performed for every single car. We have no reason to do that, but I understand why that would be useful for certain industries.

Any hour of the day, except when Justin’s asleep, is “after a Monster”.
Yeah, and he is usually pissed too, but I find he is more pissed on Saturdays.
It’s prolly because he didn’t coast down properly… but thats just cause he’s not conerned about the peak numebrs and really just wants to know his curve.
nah im just a technician.
congrats on your purchase!
So did you coast down??? ok I am done
Always cover your rear coastdown brah.
That dyno, it’s a 600, it’s a 1000, it’s whatever you need!
Err sorry for the spam Mike?
Congrats again! Can’t wait to come use it.
^^ haha.
i just wanted that single question answered!
Will a dually fit on it? If I’m not making close to 800ft/lbs of tq I’d be disappointed. I’d love to know for sure. The only problem would be the exhaust, the truck has dual 4" stacks on it. Can anything be done with that?
I’m only set up to exhaust a single pipe at the moment. If it was a gas engine I’d exhaust one stack and crank the fans to blow any fumes out from the other, but with diesel that’s not possible. Sorry!
The car you are talking about is Dan Pfiefers. It made 440 at 30 psi and on pump on our dyno. I am curious to see what you make now though…

When’s Dyno Day ?
Yeah shott was telling me about it. Sounds like a nice build!
Got to see it in action tonight, very nice!
id love to come up if you guys had a dyno day!!
They had one today…
lol
It was a BuffaloScooby dyno day. A public, big dyno day, is something Mike wants to avoid for the time being I think (he mentioned it in this thread). There was enough interest and begging from us Subaru folks that he had one for us in the middle if the week.
It’s not worth it putting cars on and off every two pulls especially since his hourly rates are so reasonable. If you want dyno time make an appt. If you want to hang out and watch cars get dyno’d wait for another dyno day.
Bummer. When the boost comes up and it goes to full fuel it really rolls coal. Might not be fun inside lol.
It only has 5" exhaust so it should fit, and it’s side exit passenger rear of the tire before the bumper.
