I think the minerva blue would look hot.
bayside blue aka. R34 Blue
when its new it does, after its been parked in the sun for 5 years it looses the effect
and i should have clarified, it doesnt do it like a HOK candy would, its a very subble
santorin blue is a dark pearlescent blue that when parked in the sun and viewed at the right angle, the pearl … like all pearl colors will have a bit of a “glow” to it. because the paint is a dark blue to begin with, that glow can tend to show up as a medium blue or also sometimes as a burdeline purple color. this color change will not cover the entire car at once. instead it will just “highlight” certian curves depending on what angle you view the car from
years of parking your car in the sun (paint fade) and not properly caring for the paint (ie: mircro scrathes in the clear thet defuse the sunlight entering the paint) will cause the pear effect to be greatly deminished
not that ive ever seen a santorin bue a6 fresh out of the paintbooth after a complete paintjob or anything … i mean audi only painted a couple million cars that color
and for that mater, the audi factory doesnt use the same pearl additive that ppg uses, which does change the way the pearl reacts to sunlight.
i dont think you should get nogaro blue. bad choice. dont do it. everyone who suggested it, and then those who affirmed those suggestions are all gonna die. horrible horrible painful, having something to do with the rectum, deaths.
I do have that color on my A4 and after 7 years it still does look purple in some lights and blue in the rest.
