does it have to be painted?
get one plain and paint it yourself. paint and materials dont cost that much
to do a lip. your looking at probably a pint of paint, pint of reducer, pint of clear [hardner, activator]
pint of primier. you looking at maybe 60 bucks if that in materials
and still have plenty of material left over
or get one and have someone paint it for you if you cant do it yourself

try getting ahold of a company called parts channel theyre based out of the
rox
or look into keystone parts
